Payment & Cancellation Policy

Tours: choose a 50% securing deposit (recommended) or pay the full tour amount upfront — either way, dates are only locked on our dispatch calendar once payment is received, and the securing deposit itself is non-refundable once locked. Vehicle rentals: the full rental amount (daily rate × days) is payable upfront to confirm, plus a separate refundable vehicle security deposit — see item 3.

If you chose the 50% tour deposit, the remaining balance is due 24 to 48 hours before your tour departs, unless otherwise agreed. Vehicle rentals are paid in full upfront, so there's no balance to collect before your rental begins.

A separate vehicle damage/fuel deposit is held upon collection and refunded within 48-72 hours following inspection.

If a booking is cancelled by the client, the securing deposit is forfeited.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking for severe weather, vehicle breakdown, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, we will offer a full refund excluding the securing deposit, or an alternative date at your choice.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, and Mobicred via our iKhokha Gateway Engine, as well as direct bank wire transfers. An invoice is generated automatically once payment is confirmed via secure webhook.
