1. 50% Securing Deposit: A mandatory 50% deposit of the total rental/tour amount is required to lock dates on our dispatch calendar. This deposit is non-refundable once dates are locked.

2. Balance Due Schedule: The remaining 50% balance must be settled 24 to 48 hours prior to vehicle collection or tour departure, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Refundable Security Deposit: A separate vehicle damage/fuel deposit is held upon collection and refunded within 48-72 hours following inspection.

4. Client Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled by the client, the securing deposit is forfeited.

5. Cancellations by Somerset West Taxi Tours: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking for severe weather, vehicle breakdown, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, we will offer a full refund excluding the securing deposit, or an alternative date at your choice.

6. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, and Mobicred via our iKhokha Gateway Engine, as well as direct bank wire transfers. Tax invoices (15% VAT) are generated automatically once payment is confirmed via secure webhook.
